CATALYST for 2012

It's good to be compassionate with people but, time out for the daily whine.
I have one word for the new year:
CATALYST
a person or thing that precipitates an event or change

Dr. Mike Murdock says; "You can not change what you are willing to accept."

Use whatever you like or dislike as your catalyst for change. Instead of whining, pour that energy into an action plan for change.  Say it and mean it.  Consider the one thing that gets on your last good nerve. Tuck that experience in your subconscious mind and use it as a weapon if you get weary on the journey. Write your action plan down and give it a date. Keep rescheduling if you need to. See yourself as already there. Find some scriptures that apply to your situation. Write them down on index cards and read them out loud every day until you can recite them in your sleep. Get the Word in your heart.
Burn out from the career I had for 24 years was my CATALYST.
I decided to quit whining about my current career and start a new one. This career had to be something that I was extremely passionate about. I researched, read, viewed videos, and talked to people who were doing what I wanted to do. I looked at the pros and cons and above all, I assumed the position. I started walking it out. Today, I am a Photographer. In just one year I had the equipment that I needed and paying clients. I didn't worry about how it was going to happen. I just believed it was my reality. God sent clients and supporters who marketed for me by word of mouth and encouraged me.
    I'm LIVING THE DREAM.
Sacrifice is part of change so get ready to step out of the box.
Baby steps or giant steps.
As long as you make some progress on a daily basis.
Tell me about your CATALYST.
Share at least one change you've made for the new year.
